I’ve been on both sides of estate planning personally and professionally. That’s what makes what I do so meaningful.

When I lost my mum to cancer in 2021 and stepped into a full-time caring role for my elderly father, I had to make the big decisions and fast. Putting LPAs in place, dealing with the practicalities, and navigating the emotions around it all gave me a clear understanding of how vital it is to plan ahead, before life throws the unexpected at you.

As a single mum to a wonderful teenage son with autism, I know first-hand how important it is to have the right protections in place. If anything were to happen to me without proper planning, my son would be completely lost and that’s a situation I couldn’t bear to leave him in.

This isn’t about being bleak or morbid it’s about being prepared. The same way you wouldn’t own a house without insurance, you shouldn’t leave your future to chance. It’s not just about money or legal documents. It’s about protecting your home, your family, and everything you’ve worked hard for.

I’ve also lived through the reality of blended families, tricky dynamics, and fallouts and seen how much confusion and heartache can be caused when the right wills or trusts aren’t in place.

That’s why I make it my mission to help others feel clear, calm and in control.
